Hospitality Essentials - New Year Update
Happy New Year - 2010. We wish you all a happy and prosperous year ahead.
We thank you for your wonderful support in 2009. Despite the economic turndown, we continued to receive many orders from all corners of the globe, and we were very proud to assist with a number of exciting new hotel projects.
We have started 2010 with some wonderful new orders from Bali, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Mauritius, Australia - the economy is moving again, and previously postponed projects are back on track. We look forward to sharing news of these projects in coming editions of Hospitality Essentials News.
Our design team has been busy creating new ranges for 2010, as well as many customised orders. Our ranges continue to grow, and we've now got more than 1800 products on the wesbite. Be sure to visit the site regularly for updates on new products.
We'll soon have some changes to the site, including details of past projects, and current listings of new products. It's important that our website is easy to navigate and helpful to use. Please be sure to let us know if you have any comments about our site. Of course, we also have our new 2010 catalogue with over 600 of our most popular designs featured.
In this edition of Hospitality Essentials News, we bring you news of some of our latest designs, some updates on recent projects, news of our recent sales trips, and details of our forthcoming exhibitions for 2010 - it's certainly starting off with a BANG.
On behalf of all the crew, we thank you once again for your tremendous support - and we look forward to being of service.
Warmest regards
Desmond & Crew

From Ideas To Reality
| Our in house design team continues to work on developing unique pieces to add to our collection. The combination of stainless steel and teak wood in this buffet plate stand make it a stylish and functional addition for any modern hotel restaurant. As with all of our products, revisions to size and finish are possible. |

| Rattan picnic baskets are in high demand with island/tropical properties. These baskets can be used for guest excursions, beach side F&B service or casual in-room dining. Colour options are available for the inner lining and rattan finish. Sizes can be modified. |
Versatile Resin
The Hospitality Essentials collection already includes a selection of soap dispensers made using resin. This is a very versatile material which can be made to almost any shape or colour. To date, the most popular use for this material has been in guest bathrooms thanks to its durability when compared to ceramic and glass which are prone to breaking. There is also the option of adding stainless steel brackets; perfect for public areas.

We have recently begun developing new resin accessories such as foot bowls and ashtrays and dispensers which resemble frosted glass. A complete sample bathroom range is currently in production and we will update you with images in our next issue of Hospitality Essentials News.

Our sales team worked hard last year on responding to requests from repeat clients and introducing our growing product range to new properties throughout the world.
We're expanding our sales force, enabling us to dedicate more time to visiting clients here in Bali and providing faster response times to client requests. We look forward to introducing our new team member in the next month or so.
As always, please don't hesitate to contact our team for any of your new requirements - sales@sb-he.com
