Hospitality Essentials - end of year update
Dear Friends,
It is a great pleasure to bring you the latest news from Hospitality Essentials - and the last for 2011. I can hardly believe that we are nearing the end of the year and that this is already nearly 5 years since we started the brand.
We have been very fortunate to have received support from all corners of the globe. Our Balinese-made products are now proudly featured in thousands of hotels, resorts, spas and restaurants around the world, and we thank you for your ongoing orders.
In the last few months since our last newsletter, we have completed the orders for six resorts in the Maldives, four in Fiji, five in the Middle East, as well as many projects in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Africa, Spain, UK, ... and many domestic hotels and resorts throughout Indonesia.
In this edition of Hospitality Essentials News, we bring you details of the latest ranges that we are designing, as well as some new lines of PVC placemats and coasters which have proven to be a great hit. We also share news of some new custom orders and our latest addition to the crew.

New materials
Our team is currently working on some new samples which combine traditional Indonesian batik fabric with resin to create interesting one-off pieces for your guest rooms. The best application of this process is on flat surfaces such as trays and tissue boxes.
Our samples are currently in production and we look forward to sharing images of the finished products in the New Year.

PVC placemats & coasters
We are excited to now offer a range of PVC placemats & coasters in a variety of colours/weaves. PVC is a great material for use on your tabletop as it provides a non-slip surface, is weather-proof and can be wiped down after use.

Placemat - 33 x 46cm - US$4.69/pcs
Coaster - 10 x 10cm - US$1.39/pcs
At present we have 3 colours available however we will be receiving new stocks of both placemats and coasters in the coming weeks and will update you with more details of these in the next edition.

Wine Cooler
Our talented metal workers recently produced this stunning over-sized wine cooler for one of our clients in the Maldives. Made from hand-beaten brass with nickel plating this wine cooler would be an eye-catching addition and functional display piece in your F&B outlets.
We can't wait to see pictures of it in use at the New Year's Eve party!
Custom Designs
A reminder that one of the keys to our success is our ability to custom design for our clients.
While our designers are constantly researching new materials for use in our own collections, we also welcome ideas/suggestions of materials from our clients. It is then up to our talented production team to bring these in to reality and create practical and suitable accessories for use in hotels. We regularly assist our clients with customised accessories, either expanding on an existing motif within the hotel, or incorporating natural elements from your property.

New Team Member
We are delighted to introduce the newest member of our team. Trisna recently joined us as the new Sales Executive for Hospitality Essentials and will be assisting Asha and Puteri in responding to enquiries, preparing quotations and performing sales calls to her clients within Bali.
Coming from a background in export Trisna is already familiar with the production processes in Indonesia and we wish her the very best in this new role.
Christmas Break - office closed
Please note that our office will be open with limited crew over the Christmas and New Year period. We will be closed on the following dates:
